Denali CS Safety and QA/QC

Denali CS prides itself on safety. It is a vital aspect of Denali CS’s operations. Every employee is trained and constantly reminded that safety always comes first. Short cuts are not an option. If an employee ever questions the safety of a project or task, they are encouraged (in fact, they are required) to immediately bring that question to Denali CS’s safety representative and leadership. From day one, every employee is trained and taught how to identify safety hazards; the protocol and plan of action once they are identified; and the methods and ways of preventing them. At Denali CS, it is preached that safety is only accomplished through a team effort. Everyone must work and strive to put safety first, because when the company works as a team, everyone wins. 

Every employee is an important piece of the complex puzzle that makes up Denali CS.  That is why such a heavy emphasis is put on training at Denali CS.  Whether it is on the jobsite or in the office, all employees are required to be thoroughly trained in all aspects of safety. To accomplish this, Denali CS has a full-time safety representative that is well versed in the industry requirements and certified to guide and instruct in those standards.  All of Denali CS’s training meets or, in most circumstances, exceeds the mandated standards of OSHA.   

When an employee walks through the doors of Denali CS, they know that they are walking into an environment that prides itself on providing a safe and healthy work environment for everyone – whether in the office, on job sites, or on the roads.  Denali CS recognizes that training alone cannot prevent every incident. Rather, it also takes continuous job site inspections by the company’s safety representative, project managers, and every employee on the site. If a safety issue is ever found, it is immediately corrected. Nothing matters more to Denali CS than the protection of its employees and the public.  

From the beginning to the end of a project, Denali CS considers quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) in everything it does. Denali CS has an extensive program to test and qualify its skilled workforce. By so doing, Denali CS is assuring that its workforce provides work that exceeds industry standards. Denali CS’s field leadership continuously oversees worksites to make sure all work is being performed correctly and safely so that its customers are receiving the best in QA/QC standards. Denali CS’s focus on QA/QC is one of the ways that it distinguishes itself from the competition. As with safety, Denali CS knows that having an exceptional QA/QC process results in better and safer construction for its customers and employees, as well as the public. This results in a winning solution for all parties. 

Denali CS complies with all local, state & federal safety standards, codes, and regulations, including, but not limited to, 29 CFR 1926 OSHA and 29 CFR 1910 OSHA. Furthermore, Denali CS requires all employees to comply with the guidelines set forth within its safety and health program, which guidelines often go beyond those required by OSHA and other mandated standards.
